Amy Davis Salladay
Amy Salladay is a family and education attorney with Columbia Family Law Group, LLC. Prior to founding Columbia Family Law Group in 2012 Amy partnered with Dave Knight in what was known from 2004-2012 as Knight & Salladay Law Offices. She began her legal career in 2002 as an associate at Carson & Coil, P.C. in Jefferson City. While in law school she clerked for the Department of Economic Development and also worked at Neuman, Comley & Ruth, P.C. in Jefferson City.
Angela L. Peterson is an attorney with over two decades of in-court experience, having been licensed to practice law in Missouri since 1999. Angela has advised and represented clients on a variety of legal issues, but she has primarily represented parties in family law cases. After law school, Angela began her career as a staff attorney with Mid-Missouri Legal Services. She later was promoted to Litigation Director for Mid-Missouri Legal Services and served in that capacity for over 11 years. Angela has served as a supervising attorney for Rule 13 certified law students in court proceedings as part of the University of Missouri’s Family Violence Clinic. She has represented hundreds of survivors of domestic and sexual violence and has served as an Application Assistant for Missouri’s Safe at Home program.
Kayla is a long-time resident of Columbia and attended Stephens College, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Psychology and later graduating summa cum laude with a second degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kayla Welch joined Columbia Family Law Group as a law clerk in 2019 and began working as an attorney following her graduation from the University of Missouri, School of Law. While in law school, Kayla participated in the Innocence Project Clinic working to investigate appellate criminal cases on the grounds of actual innocence, served as an Associate Managing Editor on the Journal of Dispute Resolution, and published her article: Restorative Justice: An Alternative Dispute Resolution Approach to Criminal Behavior.
